Lorraine Geddes-McDonald is currently a Compassion-Centered Spiritual Health (CCSH) Fellow at Winship Decatur and is pursuing board certification as a chaplain.  Lorraine who hails from the island of Jamaica earned a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Chaplaincy and a Certificate in Anglican/ Episcopal Studies at Candler School of Theology. Lorraine completed Residency at Winship Emory Hospital (WEM) and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (AMBH). She holds an undergraduate degree (BSc) in Management Studies and International Relations as well as a graduate Degree (MSc) in Natural Resources Management, both from the University of the West Indies, Mona). Prior to Chaplaincy, Lorraine worked in Corporate Jamaica in Managerial capacities and is an ordained Priest in the Anglican /Episcopal Church. Lorraine enjoys swimming, singing and values having quiet times in nature.
